Sesame Rainbow Swiss Chard and Beets Salad

Ingredients

Rainbow Swiss chard (1 bunch)
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
Dried Oregano (a few pinches)
Dried Parsley (a few pinches)

Preparation

Remove veins from chard

Slice veins and cook in boiling water for 5 minutes

Chop chard leaves and cook in boiling water for 1 minute

Remove the cooked chard and drain

Make dressing: mix garlic, oil, tamari/shoyu/liquid aminos, vinegar, herbs, and salt and pepper

Mix in dressing with the chard
7
Top off with roasted beets and sesame seeds
