Ginger Coffee

Ingredients

3 cups water
1/2 cup Maxwell House coffee, regular grind
2 teaspoons brown sugar
2 stk cinnamon
2 teaspoons chopped crystallized ginger

Preparation

Pour water into 6 or 8 cup percolator.

Place coffee, brown sugar, stick cinnamon and ginger in basket. Place basket in percolator and percolate gently 7 minutes.

Remove from heat; remove basket. Serve hot.

Garnish with whipped topping and sprinkle with ground cinnamon, if desired.

Makes 3 or 4 servings.
