1 pound tbl PEPPER BLACK 1 CN
3 ounces SALT TABLE 5LB

TEMPERATURE: 350 F. GRIDDLE

1. COMBINE GROUND BEEF, SALT AND PEPPER; MIX UNTIL BLENDED. SHAPE INTO STEAKS APPROXIMATELY 1 INCH THICK BY 4 INCHES WEIGHING 6 OZ EACH.

2. GRILL STEAKS 8 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE OR UNTIL DONE.
