Oatmeal Waffles/pancakes
Ingredients
1/2 cup Egg Beaters 99%% egg substitute
2 cups lowfat buttermilk (½ %%)
1 cup oatmeal quick cooking
1 teaspoon molasses
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder

My waffle iron uses 1/2 cup batter per waffle so I get about 9 waffles. You can also make pancakes with the recipe. [Lavon]
Yield:
9.0 waffles, 15 pancakes.
