Combine egg substitute, buttermilk, oatmeal, molasses & oil. |

Waffles: Bake according to waffle maker's directions. |

Pancakes: Drop batter by 1/4 cups onto a hot, greased griddle. |

My waffle iron uses 1/2 cup batter per waffle so I get about 9 waffles. You can also make pancakes with the recipe. [Lavon]
