Millet Porridge

Ingredients

1/2 cup millet seed, shelled
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Boil ingredients for 1 minute. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes until soft. Serve with cream, honey, syrup or fruit. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
