Recipe: Millet Porridge edit

cup millet seed, shelled

cup water

½

teaspoon salt

Step 1

Boil ingredients for 1 minute. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes until soft. Serve with cream, honey, syrup or fruit. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
