Ingredients
12 ripe tomatoes, stem ends and cores removed, sliced
5 mediums onions, sliced
3 cups raisins
1 tablespoon table salt
3 cups packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons mustard powder
3 cups white vinegar
5 inches cloves, tied double layer of cheesecloth

Return puree to saucepan.

Discard spice bag.

Pour into hot sterilized half pint jars to within 1/2 inch of the top.

Place sterilized metal lids on jars and screw metal bands on securely. Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
