Oxtail Stew

Ingredients

2 lbs. oxtails
1 cup celery, diced
1 green pepper, chopped
Flour for dredging
3 tablespoons fat
1 lg. onion
2 cups beef bouillon
1 tablespoon vinegar

Preparation

Simmer meat about 2 hours. Add vegetables and celery and green pepper. Cook for 30 minutes. Add to juice, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 1 cup beef stock Cook until thick. need to add carrots and red potatoes
.
