Apple Custard Pie With Oatmeal Crust

Ingredients
Crust:
1 cup oats
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons butter – softened
Filling:
2 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup milk
3 apples – peeled & cut into wedges
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Topping:
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat Oven 350 degrees:

In a bowl combine butter and add mixture from the food processor and mix until dough is crumbly.

Arrange the apple wedges on the bottom of the crust and pour the filling into the crust. Sprinkle the combined topping on the pie and return to the oven for another 30-40 minutes, or until the filling is set.
