Chicken Stove Top Casserole

Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. Stove Top chicken flavor s
1 1/2 cups hot water
1 (10 ¾ oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
3 cups cut-up cooked chicken
1 (10 oz.) pkg. thawed mixed vegetables

Preparation

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place contents of vegetable/seasoning packet (from stuffing mix) and butter in a bowl. Add hot water. Stir in partially melted butter. Add stuffing crumbs. Stir gently to mix.

Mix soup and milk in a 2 quart casserole dish. Stir in chicken and vegetables. Spoon stuffing over chicken mixture. Bake for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly and brown.
