Chocolate-Chip Cake

Ingredients

1 cup Brown sugar,packed (more or less depending on your taste)
1 cup Walnuts,chopped
1 cup Semisweet-chocolate pieces (mini)
3 cups Cake flour
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Milk
1/2 cup Softened butter1
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Prepare topping: In small bowl, mix brown sugar, walnuts, and 1/2 cup semisweet-chocolate mini pieces; set aside. Preheat oven to 350'F. Grease and flour 13x9" baking pan.

Into large bowl, measure flour and remaining ingredients except remaining mini pieces. With mixer at low speed, beat until mixed, constantly scraping bowl. Increase speed to high; beat 2 minutes, occasionally scraping bowl. Stir in reserved mini pieces; pour into pan.

Spread topping over batter. Bake 40 to 45 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Cool in pan on rack.

You can get a great tasting result if you leave out the eggs as well.
