Grilled Beef Fajitas

Ingredients

1/2 cup Sweet and tangy steak sauce
1/4 cup Lime juice
1 Boneless beef sirloin steak,, (1- 1/2 pounds)
1 medium Onion,, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon Olive oil
2 Red, yellow or green peppers,, cut into strips
1/2 teaspoon Coarsely ground pepper
6 Flour tortilla, warmed

Preparation

1
In a small nonmetal bowl, combine steak sauce and lime juice. Use 1/4 cup steak sauce mixture to marinate steak for about 1 hour in refrigerator.
2
Reserve remaining steak sauce mixture. Place onions and peppers in a foil broiler pan (11-3/4x8-1/2x1-1/4 inches). Toss with 1/4 cup steak sauce mixture, oil and black pepper. Cover with second foil broiler pan to form packet. Place on grill over medium heat; cook 15 to 18 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Meanwhile, remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Grill steak over medium-high heat alongside vegetable packet 8 to 10 minutes per side or until done as desired. Thinly slice steak; add to vegetable mixture. Add remaining steak sauce mixture, tossing to coat well.
3
Serve warm with flour tortillas.
