Muffelatta

Ingredients

1 lrg Round loaf of Italian bread
4 slc Ham, (up to 5)
4 slc Salami, (up to 5)
4 slc Bologna, (up to 5)
4 slc Provolone cheese, (up to 5)

Preparation

Slice bread in half crosswise (to make a big bun). Cover bottom bun with mayonnaise, then arrange ham to cover. Layer salami, bologna, and provolone, then finish with a layer of Antipasto Salad and the top of the bread.

Bake at 325 for 10-15 minutes, or until the sandwich is hot all the way through. Cut into four triangular pieces.

Serves 4 regular appetites. (or 2 hungry or 1 starving!)
