Mushroom and Cheese Macaroni

Ingredients

400 grams Wholewheat macoroni
60 grams Butter or margarine
2 tablespoons Chopped parsley
450 grams Mushrooms
60 grams Grated cheese

Preparation

Cook macaroni according to manufacturers instructions. Slice mushrooms and fry in the fat for 8 min then add the parsley. Drain macaroni and mushrooms and toss together lightly.

Serve sprinkled with grated cheese.
