Knishes - Potato Filling

Ingredients

1 cup Chopped onions
6 tablespoons Chicken fat or butter
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Preparation

1
Brown the onions in the fat or butter. Beat in the potatoes, egg, salt and pepper until fluffy. Place on dough.
