Ingredients
1/2 cup hazelnuts, toasted and skinned (125 ml)
4 cups lamb's lettuce, cleaned (1 litre)
4 blood oranges or grapefruits, segmented
Dressing
cup champagne vinegar (75 ml)
2 tablespoons hazelnut oil (30 ml)
cup olive oil (75 ml)
Preparation

Combine the hazelnuts, lamb's lettuce and blood oranges in a medium bowl. Toss with vinaigrette. Serve immediately.
