Baked Swiss Steak

Ingredients

2 pounds Round Steak, 1 inch thick
1 lrg Onion
4 stalk Celery
3 lrg Carrots
1 can (28 Oz) Tomatoes
cup Catsup
1 can (8 Oz) Tomato Sauce
2 teaspoons Horseradish
Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Roll meat in flour and brown in fat in skillet. Place in a large, deep baking dish. Cut onion, pepper, celery, and carrots in large pieces and add to the meat. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the meat. Bake, covered, for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, at 325 , until tender.
