A veggie burger is a hamburger-style patty that does not contain meat. The patty of a veggie burger may be made, for example, from vegetables, legumes, nuts, dairy products, mushrooms, soy, wheat, or eggs. Step 1 |
Heat tahini in a skillet, toasting for 1 minute, stirring constantly, until golden brown. |

Beat the eggs and add seeds and remaining ingredients (except oil). Mix well to combine. |

Heat oil in a skillet and form burgers. Fry for 3 minutes per side. Serves 2-4. |
