Beet Horseradish

Ingredients
1 pound
red beets
, boiled
1 teaspoon
salt
2 ounces
horseradish
, fresh
cup
water
2 tablespoons
vinegar
1 dsh
pepper
1 teaspoon
sugar
Preparation

Grate beets and horseradish. Combine vinegar, sugar,
salt
, pepper and water.

Bring to a
boil.
Pour over grated beets and horseradish.
Mix
thoroughly.
Store
in jar in refrigerator.
