Gluten Free Rolled-Out Sugar Cookies
Cream together the butter and sugar until just combined.
Add the egg and vanilla and beat until combined.
Place dough in a ziplock bag and refrigerate 15-30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place dough between 2 pieces of greased parchment paper and roll out to abou 1/8 in. thick.
Use your favorite cookie cutter to make your favorite shaped cookies. Carefully transfer to a greased cookie sheet placing them 1 inch apart.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden.
Decorate as desired and enjoy!
These gluten free cookies have a good texture, crispy on the outside but moist and chewy on the inside. You can finish them off by sprinkling them with granulated sugar, powdered sugar, or icing them. Absolutely delicious!
