Ingredients

6 cups mashed potatoes

3/4 cup milk

4 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

1/4 cup sour cream

2 dashes nutmeg

Melted butter

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in electric mixer until smooth. Put in large pastry tube with star tip. Pipe on a baking sheet. Brush lightly with melted butter and bake at 400 degrees until golden brown.
