Delta Air Lines announced today that it will add 13 new restaurants to the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. Many of these new venues are headed up by famous faces in the food world, like Minni Bar, a global sandwich restaurant with Bizarre Foods host Andrew Zimmern at the helm.
Lenny Russo, who was nominated for the James Beard Award in the "Best Chef/Midwest" category, will open up Mill City Tavern at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, while chef Russell Klein of Meritage will open Mimosa, a restaurant featuring French country cuisine. These upscale culinary offerings are sure to please weary travelers.
