I can't think of a better combination then chocolate and caramel. These brownies are as decadent as they come. You can use store bought dulce de leche or make it yourself. You can boil a can of sweetened condensed milk on the stove or bake the can in the oven. If you stumble upon cajeta in a Latin foods market, you may want to try it. It is dulce de leche made with goat's milk.
1 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chip
1/2 cup butter, cut into cubes
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/4 cup Flour
1 tablespoon instant espresso powder
1/4 cup dulce de leche
