Craisins Recalled Over Possible Metal Fragments

November 29, 2011

Ocean Spray announced a voluntary recall of their popular Craisins due to a small possibility of small metal fragments in the packages. The company has not received any complaints to date and recalled the bags "out of an abundance of caution."

5, 10 and 48 ounce bags of Crasins were covered in the recall. Bulk bags of 10 pounds were also included. The dates affected by the recall are provided below. Ocean Spray says the metal fragments pose little risk of injury to consumers.
