Fortune Magazine released it's list of 100 Best Companies to Work For, and Wegmans Food Markets made the list at # 4.
Some reasons that it had such a high ranking? Wegmans has made employee health a priority. According to the list info, more than 2,000 workers have signed up for their free smoking cessation program since 2009.
Wegmans employs over 41,000 people in the United states.
