Kristin Cavallari wants to be a healthy momma and she is starting before her baby arrives.
"It's easy to sort of let yourself go and just really enjoy [the pregnancy]. I am, but I'm also healthy about it, I'm not just eating crap," Cavallari said. "You have to be careful what you're putting in your mouth, because that's the nutrients you're giving your baby. You don't want to eat macaroni and cheese or whatever, so you just had to find a healthy balance. I mean, I'm definitely enjoying it, but I'm not going overboard. At the same time, you are pregnant so you might as well have fun and live it up! When else can you just let yourself go?"
The reality star said she hasn't had too many crazy cravings, but did crave a lot of dairy earlier in her pregnancy.
