Martha Stewart Stays Healthy With Greens

Martha Stewart might be the queen of decadent recipes for entertaining, but the talk show host prefers to stick to greens when it comes to her own diet. Stewart starts every morning with a green juice made from spinach, parsley, pear, ginger, orange and cucumber -- all from her own farm. 

Stewart also says much of her diet comes from the vegetables she grows in her garden. This time of year, she tends to eat a lot of asparagus, ramps, fava beans, cucumbers and tomatoes.
