Bob Harper has put his best weight-loss tips in his new book called The Skinny Rules: The Simple, Nonnegotiable Principles for Getting to Thin.
"Think of it as a rule book for your life as a healthy-weight person, a person who can enjoy delicious food in the right portions and be satisfied," Harper said. "Someone who can not only resist all the jumbo colas and supersized fries that get waved in front of our noses, but not even feel tempted by them!"
Harper's new tips include drinking a large glass of water before every meal, making sure each meal includes protein and making sure to have 30 to 50 grams of fiber every day. The celebrity trainer also advises to eat apples and berries daily, to eat at least 10 meals at home every week and to ensure you get seven hours of sleep every night.
