How Kim Kardashian Lost 10 Pounds in 10 Days

Kim Kardashian recently lost 10 pounds and boasts she was able to do it in just 10 days. 

"I went gluten, dairy and sugar-free," Kardashian tweeted with a photo of herself on a yacht. The reality star reportedly used Sunfare's meal-delivery program, eating 1,300 calories a day.
