Paula Deen paid a visit to Good Morning America last week, where she shared a few of her 'healthier' recipes. Apparently, she takes the term healthy very lightly.
Deen shared her pulled pork sandwiches and peaches and cream parfaits with the hosts, advising that they used whipped or light whipped cream as a topping for the peaches. For the pulled pork, Deen suggests using Boston Butt.
"I don't know why the butts from Boston are so good but they really are y'all," she said.
