Kinderkookkafe is easily the cutest Radical Restaurant we've ever featured. Located in Amsterdam, it's run entirely (well, save for a few adult leaders) by children. Don't worry, though: this isn't the food industry's version of a sweatshop. Instead, it's a place for children to happily learn and grow. Parents have the option of bringing their child to the restaurant in the afternoon and then returning for dinner. Within that time, their child will have received a few lessons in baking and being a part of a team.

The meals the children prepare here are quite simple, with menus consisting of images. All ingredients and cooking tools needed to prepare the meals are specially kept at the child's level, to make them feel as self-sufficient as possible.
