Here is a lunch box choice for someone with a taste for the fresh and delicious! A Caprese Salad Wrap, takes a hand held sandwich to a whole, new level. We love this idea, from Foodista member: Angela LeMoine
If you do send this along in the lunchbox, we suggest sending the juicy tomatoes separately, to avoid the wrap becoming soft with the juice.
