Ang Sarap shares a copycat recipe to make Panda Express' honey walnut shrimp at home. Plump shrimp are coated in cornstarch and then deep fried. They are tossed with candied walnuts and a sweet and savory sauce made from condensed milk, honey, and mayonnaise. Serve your honey walnut shrimp with a side of fried rice.
