Tiger Butter Cups
16 ounces white chocolate
1 cup milk chocolate chips
3/4 cup chunky peanut butter
Paper candy cups, such as brown glassine cups
2 microwave-safe bowls, preferably with pour spouts
Place white chocolate in a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high until melted, stirring frequently. Stir in peanut butter. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips.
Fill cups about half way with white chocolate peanut butter mixture. Drizzle with melted milk chocolate chips. Using a toothpick, stir through mixture to create a marbled effect. Let stand until set.
Alternative: Pour white chocolate peanut butter mixture into a 10 x 15 buttered pan. Drizzle with melted chocolate chips then stir through to create marbled effect. Let stand until set then break into bite-sized pieces.
