A British Classic: The Shandy

The British have been mixing up this refreshingly light and tasty beer and citrus juice beverage since the 1600s. This St. Patrick's Day opt for this thirst quencher!

1 1/2 cups seltzer
1 can(s) beer - nonalcoholic, if desired
2 tablespoons limeade or lemonade frozen fruit juice concentrate
2 piece(s) lemon - cut into wedges
 
Combine seltzer, beer and limeade. Pour into glasses and garnish with lemon wedges.

A simpler shandy is 1/2 can of budweiser and 1/2 can of sprite or 7-Up. Pour together and consume.
