Instant Cinnamon Buns

 

2 ½ cups AP flour
¼ cup sugar
1½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoons baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup buttermilk
¼ cup whole milk
3 tablespoons margarine (melted)
