Mini Pizza Buns, Two Ways

You can quickly and easily make these mini pizza buns in two delicious and simple flavors! Both begin with half a hamburger bun and a jar of your favorite tomato sauce. This recipe is great for using up leftovers in your fridge.

Ingredients:
 
Genoa Salami & Gouda Mini Pizza Bun
4 hamburger buns (top/bottom)
1/2 cup good quality tomato sauce
8 slices Genoa salami, diced
1/2 cup smoked Gouda cheese, shredded
parsley for garnish
 
Feta & Tomato Mini Pizza Bun
4 hamburger buns (top/bottom)
1/2 cup good quality tomato sauce
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 tomatoes, sliced
mint for garnish
 
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
 
Lay the buns (top and bottom) flat on their backs on a baking sheet.
 
Genoa Salami & Gouda Mini Pizza Buns:
For each bun, add 1 tbsp of tomato sauce, 1 tbsp of Gouda cheese and 1 slice of salami.
 
Feta & Tomato Mini Pizza Buns:
For each bun, add 1 tbsp of tomato sauce, 1 tbsp of feta cheese and 1 slice of tomato.
 
Bake for around 12 minutes, or until the buns look toasted and cheese has melted.
 
Garnish with herbs and serve!
