Country Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

Strawberry rhubarb pie from The Tough Cookie looks like a picture from a magazine.  This country inspired pie is filled with the sweet flavors of spring.  Stalks of rhubarb and strawberries are sliced and combined with cornstarch and sugar before they are tucked into a pie crust.  The decorative lattice crust adds country flair to the pie.  For full recipe instructions, click here.
