Chicken Margarita Tostadas

Barbecued chicken margarita tostadas from Half Baked Harvest are the perfect Cinco de Mayo meal.  Boneless skinless is tossed in a homemade barbecue margarita sauce flavored with jalapeno, garlic, lime juice and more.  For a stronger tequila flavor, opt for using reposado (gold) or añejo in the barbecue sauce.  The grilled chicken is served on crispy tostada (a fried corn tortilla) with smashed avocado, queso fresco and fresh chopped cilantro.  This meal wouldn't be complete without a refreshing margarita on the side.
