This late summer corn and lobster French onion chowder by Half Baked Harvest, is a marriage that is truly made in heaven. There is absolutely no part of this amazing dish that isn't fabulous on its own. A heady blend of sweet corn, cut fresh off the cob, naturally sweet and succulent lobster, and a true French onion chowder base. You wont be able to stop eating this one.
The tops of the soup bowls are topped with the classic slice of a French Baguette and a handful of shredded gruyere before heading back to the broiler to melt all that goodness. You must try this recipe. It's perfect.
