In the last decade, beer has received a face lift and is more popular than ever. Craft breweries have completely revitalized the industry and beer snobs are eagerly waiting the next limited release. American beer has come much further than Coors and Bud Light. Craft beers explore interesting flavor pairings that might include coconut, tangerine, hibiscus, vanilla and coriander. With warmer weather upon us, I am transitioning from heavier stouts and porters to more refreshing saisons and Indian pale ales. These brews will just start you into spring and take you well into summer.
