It's going to depend on the wine. A 6-oz glass of white will have around 120 calories, but a 6-oz glass of Riesling will have more than double that. If one ounce of the typical white wine has 20 calories, and there are around 25 ounces in a in a bottle of wine, then the whole bottle will be 500 calories.

That's actually much lower than I thought it would be. Makes me feel a little less guilty about my college years :)
