I called Conagra Foods and they are a manufacturer only of Sustagrain (apparently the same as Prowashonupana) Barley and do not sell at retail. The person I talked to said that they do not sell on the East Coast, although they are beginning to do some business with Trader Joe's in general. She suggested the KIng Arthur website, where you can buy it as Sustagrain in 2 lb. packages.
