Kale is one of the easiest things to grow in the garden. I am a huge fan of it, sauteed in a pan with olive oil, mushrooms, garlic and onions. This is the week one staple.
By week three, kale is still delicious, but tiresome. I have to become creative, so none goes to waste. Thank you, dehydrater. This recipe for dehydrated kale chips is nothing new. The awesome flavor is. You're welcome.

Lucky you. I love kale, sampled during my trips to the UK, US and Australia. Where I am we do not have kale and the local equivalent is not merely enough.
