Brazilians are getting ready to celebrate carnaval and their drink of choice is the classic Brazilian cocktail, the caipirinha. Simple and refreshing, this cocktail is made by muddling sugar with limes and topped with ice cold cachaca. Cachaca can be found at your local grocery store or liquor store. If you want a more fruity flavor, add strawberries or passion fruit to the mix. Caipirinhas are a celebratory drink and what better time then the present to raise your glass and celebrate.
