Skillet Mostaccioli

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
2 cups uncooked mostaccioli
1 1/2 cups water
1 jar (15 ½ oz.) spaghetti sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 ounces shredded Mozzarella (1 c.)

Preparation

Brown beef. Stir in mostaccioli, sauce, water, salt. Sprinkle with pepper. Cover and simmer 25-30 minutes until pasta is tender. Stir often. Transfer to large dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with foil until it melts. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
