Carne Alla Pizzaiola
Ingredients
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce or 2 lg. fresh tomatoes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Salt to taste

Use a 10 x 16 oven pan. Line the pan with aluminum foil, using enough to make a 1 inch border around the meat. Put the meat in and pour the wine over all. Then pour the tomato sauce (or fresh tomatoes) over. Then add the oil, garlic, oregano, pepper, and salt. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and bake for 50-55 minutes, uncovered. Remove from oven and serve. Makes 4-6 servings.
