I have worked almost 40 years in the Retail grocery business as a meat cutter, deli manager and meat manager for Publix Super Market. Most of my career at publix has been in management. In 1988 I opened up a Pizza delivery type store and ran it for 2 years before I sold it. I worked for Roma Food Enterprizes for 2 years before I went back to work for Publix in 1992. I enjoy cooking, and poultry dishes from Carabbas Italian gril. My favorite steak house in Orlando is Lindas La Cantinas. This is a localy family owned resturant. My favorite meat to cook at holiday time is a Kosher salt encrusted Rib Roast. When I was a meat manager, I was in the Bayhill area of Orlando. Tere are a lot of customers in this part of town that dont mind spending a $100.00 on a piece on a Prime Rib or A prime Fillet. I carried both in my market. Fillet I dont think there is much of a difference in choice and prime but in the rib, there is a big difference in the taste and quality of the beef.
