I'm a Foodie in the truest sense. I love everything to do with cooking and baking. I cannot pass by a kitchen store or a housewares dept. in a store without checking out all the gadgets appliances, cookware and bakeware. I love to entertain and I lavish in the compliments that come from the fruits of my labor. I am constantly looking for new recipes and I belong to several clubs and groups so that I have plenty of opportunity to show off my talents. My favorite place to shop is the Pike Place Public Market in Seattle where I can find fresh food, herbs and spices.
I would like to start a subscription cooking course to get groups of interested people together and teach classes on how to cook and bake a variety of things including prep work and time management.
