I love cooking, finding brilliant recipes, and trying new foods.

This summer my family (self plus husband and 2 adolescent boys) cycled across Europe, then landed in Florence, Italy for the school year. Normally from Seattle, for now I live in the heart of Tuscany. Darn, right?

Recent food forays include rabbit and boar, tasting just pressed olive oil, and learning about Italy's wine regions... I have been to cooking school, love to please palates, am a hawk about finding family favorite meals and am happiest with a [wicked cool] apron on and a well-stocked fridge, freezer and pantry.
