I've told many people in the past that I would try almost anything once except heroin (well, add meth to that). The same goes for food except maybe some of that really weird stuff those globe-trotting food samplers on TV eat. I'm especially fond of BBQ and strive to master the best techniques. I've experimented with making my own sauce and have a couple that always seem to make a hit. One thing is sure - I'll never use store-bought again if I can help it.
